Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of our printing services, all sales are final. However, if there is a manufacturing defect or if the final product deviates significantly from the proof approved by you, we are here to help resolve the issue.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The received product is different from the final proof approved by you.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Procedure for Making a Return

  2. Approval: Once we receive your return request, we will review it and notify you if the return is approved.
  3. Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send back your product. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  4. Receiving and Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refund Policy

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Non-Returnable Items
